I find the new way of adding custom workouts quite confusing. And i'm not clear on how autochange works. I also see no option to revert back to light mode. Later levels are very boring variations of either 12 or 2 seconds. Why no random variety of 3, 4 5, 7, 9, etc seconds? Where we type the number of minutes to practice, and it just gives a random workout for that amount of time.

Exceptional. I have just opened up the app and the interface is very simple and easy to use and the workouts can be done while lying in your bed. The free version provides just enough for you not to consider buying which is great and shows how much they care for people who can't afford to spend money or for those who are struggling. I have just started so no comments on the benefits but I'm definitely looking forward to what improvements it could bring to my sexual life.

Love the app. It helps me maintain my PC muscle as I get older. One big annoyance I have is the breathing portions. I'm trying to stick to three workouts per day, but I'm on Level 5 and it feels like it's all breathing exercises. This is made even worse by the (current) Child pose. I can appreciate this if it was strictly for exercise, but my legs start falling asleep while trying to breathe and hold. For this, I can't give it five stars. Great all nevertheless.
