Difficult to set up, MUST use an app that's impossible to navigate. There is a number to call, but if you dial it, it shows spam warning. They collect my data, and sell it, and I just want a vacuum cleaner, not to spend HOURS trying to set this up. I'm returning the vacuum.

UPDATE: Now this thing doesn't know it's low battery!! It randomly gets down to 0%!! I don't understand why your updates are so bad! I gave it another try but I'm done now. Shark here we come!!! everytime you do an update you make the vacuum worse!! this latest update now makes it almost impossible to connect to base!! STOP MAKING THINGS WORSE!!!

I love these little vacuums and would have given them five stars, but I can't get the app to work because it only recognizes a 2.4 G signal. It doesn't work off of the 5G signal, so I have to go and change some settings on my ISP side of things in order to get the Lefant app to work with the vacuums. Apparently, iot devices don't recognize that two signals are being broadcast. I would love to see an update on the app, because the vacuums are only working manually right now.
