The user interface could really do with some polish as it looks a little outdated and can be a little slow/laggy at times,however it's very easy to use and gets the job done. It's pretty easy to navigate around and find what you want and having a points loyalty system is great as any savings are always appreciated.

Very poor app. I keep getting money off offers at a good price plus an extra 10% off on the deal of the day. When it's something I want to buy, I click to buy and the price increases, then it takes off the Extra 10% from the increased price leaving it at the same price with no extra 10% off. When using the feedback to explain the problem...I get the message " Network currently unavailable try again later". Yet I'm able to browse the site and any other sites. I can Use email, telephone, etc.

Smart QLED X Pro TV 55" How can a branded new TV need a motherboard replacement within just 1 month? And shocking to know there’s no policy if the same issue happens again in future. Brand new TV, just 1 month old, already facing issues. Instead of giving a replacement, they’re forcing a motherboard change. Also, once opened by their technician, I lose exchange & buyback benefits. How is this fair?
