It keeps saying "We've encountered an error. Please contact support.". I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app, have signed in and out, have good internet connection, etc. I don't have any problems on the website, so I'm not sure why the app isn't working. I'm assuming it's a problem on their end, because there's nothing wrong on my account when I sign in on the website

The app itself is easy enough to use and the set-up process was very simple. Unfortunately for me though, I have now tried using the gofundme service 3x now over the years for different reasons and never seem to reach the right people who will share or donate regardless of where or how I share it.

Useless. In order to access my fundraiser, I have to go to where I've posted it on a social media app and get into it that way. This app says I haven't set one up. It provides notifications, but when I tap on them, I just get an error message. Same as when I tap on the "account" icon. Don't bother. Just use the website.
