I can't update the device. The device worked well for about a week after my provider set it up. Now it appears to require an update, but I can't update it myself. I have to go back to my provider for everything it needs. And it doesn't work while it needs the update. It is completely useless until it's done. It won't work as a microscope and it won't connect to my TV. Why can't it be updated through the app?

Works great. Can interrupt streaming on the phone while listening to TV. Roger needs to operate solely. There is a volume on base. Would be nice to have off button on base, so you wouldn't have to continue to unplug Roger from the base.

Roger works very will. Learning when & how to utilize it's features in different situations the best I find less simple than the instructions. Totally round tables with people is not normal situations & Roger does help when ceilings are not acoustical.
